**Z Café Restaurant \- Kitchen Assistant** **Where?** Av. Nilópolis, 543, Bela Vista neighborhood, Porto Alegre (in front of Encol Square) Position\- **Kitchen Assistant** **Preferred Experience**: Prior experience as a kitchen assistant is a plus. Knowledge of meat cuts and points, and à la carte service. **Required Skills**: Proactive, highly organized professional who enjoys cooking and working in a team. **Responsibilities:** Food pre-preparation, sanitation, food handling and organization, as well as workplace organization and sanitation. **Working Hours:** 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off per week, plus one Sunday per month. **Salary during probationary period:** BRL 1\.850,00, increasing to BRL 1\.930,00 \+ biweekly tips \+ Hazard Pay (BRL 324,20\) \+ Performance targets **Benefits:** Meals provided on-site, transportation allowance **or** fuel allowance, plus significant opportunities for growth and learning.
