Focused on sustainability, it offers innovative solutions to the market. **Responsibilities:** Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Issue invoices and bank slips. Control cash flow and financial entries. Support monthly closing and organization of accounting documents. Prepare financial reports and control spreadsheets. Conduct quotations and supplier negotiations. Issue purchase orders. Monitor delivery deadlines. Manage administrative supplies inventory. Seek cost reduction and improved commercial terms. Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
