Job Summary: Operate thermoforming machines, change molds, adjust printing, monitor material waste, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure production quality and workplace organization. Workplace organization and safety **Main Responsibilities:** Operate thermoforming machines; Change molds; Adjust printing; Monitor and prevent raw material waste; Perform preventive machine maintenance; Verify production records; Check correct packaging and labeling; Collect production samples; Provide first aid in case of accidents; Remove trash, separate scrap for disposal, and keep the machine clean and organized; Guide and monitor assistants regarding safety and company regulations. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:15 PM to 6:00 PM **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Experience or basic knowledge in the plastic industry; Residence in Araquari, preferably in the Porto Grande neighborhood or nearby areas.
