High school diploma required. Customer service experience in restaurants, bars, or convenience stores is desirable. Friendly, empathetic, and proactive service, always placing the customer at the center. Good communication, courtesy, and professional demeanor. Interest in learning about Peruvian gastronomy and participating in menu training sessions. Alignment with service culture and hotel values.
