**1\. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)**
**Automotive knowledge:**
* General mechanics (engine, transmission, suspension, brakes)
* Auto bodywork and painting (identifying touch-ups, repainting, accident history)
* Vehicle structure (frame rails, alignment, collision indicators)
* Basic automotive electrical systems
**Vehicle appraisal:**
* Market-based pricing (e.g., FIPE Table + realistic adjustments)
* Depreciation analysis (year, mileage, condition, history)
* Identification of damages and repair cost estimation
**Tools and technology:**
* Use of automotive diagnostic scanners (OBD)
* Vehicle history checks (accidents, auctions, restrictions)
* Spreadsheets and CRM or dealership ERP systems
**2\. Education and Training**
**Minimum preferred:**
* Completed high school
**Competitive advantage:**
* Technical course in Automotive Mechanics
* Courses in vehicle appraisal/inspection
* Training or courses from SENAI or similar institutions

* Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B
