




Job Summary: Technical Support Analyst responsible for handling service requests, maintaining hardware, managing IT inventory, resolving software and hardware issues, and monitoring KPIs. Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Itu. **Responsibilities:** Receive and log support requests, providing first-level support (initial contact). Perform hardware maintenance, including equipment onboarding and offboarding activities. Manage IT inventory, maintaining up-to-date asset records. Track, analyze, and resolve internal software and hardware-related service requests. Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports, such as SLA, resolution rate, and process improvement analyses. Administer and monitor usage of shared IT tools. Support the creation and standardization of internal procedures. Perform installation, configuration, and support for equipment and systems. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Technical Support Technician, Help Desk Analyst, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
