Influencing user experience and mentoring the team **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you daily:** --------------------------------- * Work as a Fullstack Technical Specialist, focusing on modern Front-end and Node.js Back-end; * Design, evolve, and maintain distributed web applications; * Participate in defining modern architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven, serverless, clean/hexagonal); * Lead technical decisions regarding architecture, standards, and best practices; * Ensure excellence in UI, performance, accessibility, technical SEO, and UX; * Integrate with internal and external APIs, contracts, versioning, and security; * Define observability standards (logs, metrics, tracing), conduct advanced code and architecture reviews; * Directly influence user experience on a large-scale platform; * Be a key contributor to building scalable and resilient solutions; * Impact team growth by mentoring and serving as a technical reference; * Help define long-term technical and architectural standards supporting the product; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We are looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer's perspective. Seeks innovative and sustainable solutions to create competitive advantages for the business, balancing economic, environmental, and social interests. **To join our team, it is essential:** ------------------------------------------------ * Reside in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro; * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related areas; * Solid experience as a Fullstack or Senior Front-end Developer, serving as a technical reference; * Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript; * Solid experience with Node.js (APIs, services, performance, and security); * Strong experience with modern Front-end (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar); * Advanced knowledge of web application architecture, design patterns, and best practices; * Experience with Git, code reviews, and branching standards; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines; * Solid knowledge of observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. **Nice-to-have:** ------------------ * Experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway); * SQL and NoSQL databases, with focus on modeling and performance; * Event-driven architectures, messaging, and streaming; * High-availability and high-scale environments; * Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish; **Additional Information** At **Claro, people are one of our core values.** With this mindset, we consistently invest in caring for our employees' health, well-being, and quality of life!
