An environment that values discretion, organization, and responsibility **Position: Receptionist – Healthcare Clinic** **Location:** Lorena/SP We are looking for a mature, discreet, and responsible Receptionist to join our healthcare clinic, serving as the first point of contact for our patients. **Main Responsibilities** • In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp patient service with courtesy and professionalism • Scheduling and confirming medical appointments • Handling health insurance plans and providers • Requesting authorizations from insurance providers • Verifying invoices, eligibility, and procedure coverage • Performing front-desk administrative tasks • Organizing documents and supporting clinic workflow **Requirements** • Proven experience in reception roles at clinics or other healthcare settings • Experience with health insurance plans (authorizations, invoices, procedures) • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Basic computer literacy (PC, software systems, WhatsApp, email) • Mature, discreet, organized, and responsible profile • Must reside in Lorena or nearby areas **Desired Behavioral Profile** • Professional and welcoming demeanor • Clear and courteous communication • Commitment, ethics, and strong sense of responsibility • Ability to manage routine tasks, maintain organization, and ensure confidentiality **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 1.804,00 **Benefits:** R$260,00 Food Allowance – deposited onto Flash card
