The Cleaning Assistant is responsible for ensuring the cleaning, organization, and maintenance of environments, contributing to a safe, pleasant, and welcoming space for customers and employees. **Required Competencies:** * **Proactivity** to act in advance, taking initiative to solve problems and perform tasks without waiting for instructions. * **Discipline** to rigorously follow processes, rules, and routines. * **Organization** to keep materials, tools, and environments orderly. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general store cleaning services, keeping internal and external areas clean and organized. * Carry out selective waste collection, correctly separating recyclable and disposable materials, promoting sustainability and order. * Perform other related activities as required by the department or organization, remaining available to assist with cleaning-, organization-, or maintenance-related tasks.
