More than executing tasks, each person has the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of millions of Brazilians every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define, evolve, and ensure application of project management methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, and Traditional); * Act as the responsible party for project execution, ensuring strategic alignment, prioritization, and delivery capability; * Manage interdependencies across teams, programs, and projects, ensuring integrated execution; * Monitor and enhance performance and value-generation indicators (ROI, OKRs, efficiency, lead time, among others); * Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives of high complexity and organizational impact; * Serve as a technical reference, providing mentoring and team development; * Ensure governance cadence and execution rhythm of initiatives (committees, ceremonies, and executive forums); * Structure and evolve frameworks, processes, and management models oriented toward efficiency and value generation; * Promote a value-oriented, results-driven, and organizationally efficient management culture. \#LI\-TR1 \#HYBRID **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management.
