Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of biometano plants, managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring excellence in execution. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Project Manager** with solid experience in **greenfield** developments to lead strategic biometano plant implementation projects across Orizon VR’s eco-parks. This professional will be responsible for the **entire project lifecycle**, from conception and technical-economic feasibility through commissioning, start-up, and operational handover. Reporting to the Engineering and Energy Directorate, the Project Manager will serve as the liaison among technical, regulatory, legal, procurement, environmental, and executive teams—ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with ESG guidelines, compliance requirements, and corporate goals. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Greenfield Project Management** * Lead the full lifecycle of greenfield biometano plant projects: conception, pre-feasibility, feasibility, conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering, licensing, construction, commissioning, and assisted operation. * Develop detailed physical-financial schedules, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and scope. * Manage multidisciplinary technical scope (civil, electro-mechanical, automation, process, environmental), including supplier, designer, and integrator selection and coordination. **Governance and Executive Integration** * Conduct governance rituals—including technical and investment committees—promoting data-driven management and executive decision-making. * Report project progress to the Executive Board and Boards of Directors, preparing progress, risk, and feasibility reports. * Implement project management practices based on FEL, PMBOK, MoP, and ESG, aligning institutional strategy with technical execution. **Licensing and Regulatory Interface** * Coordinate environmental, energy, and land-use licensing with agencies such as ANP, ANEEL, IBAMA, CETESB, municipal governments, and utility concessionaires. * Supervise technical and legal due diligence and regularization processes to enable project viability. * Ensure compliance with environmental, sanitary, urban planning, and energy regulations. **Control and Performance** * Use MS Project, advanced Excel, and Power BI to monitor schedules, CAPEX, performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and quality. * Perform economic-financial feasibility analysis, tracking payback period, IRR, NPV, and expected operating costs. * Lead internal and external engineering and regulatory compliance audits. **Leadership and Technical Culture** * Coordinate internal and contracted teams focused on performance, safety, and innovation. * Foster a culture of excellence, compliance, and value engineering—promoting training and continuous learning rituals. * Facilitate knowledge sharing across company departments, ensuring synergy and strategic alignment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Energy, or Production). * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s in Project Management, Process Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Strategic Planning. **Experience and Technical Knowledge** * Minimum 10 years’ experience managing industrial greenfield projects—preferably in energy, gas, waste, O&G, or infrastructure. * Proficiency in methodologies such as FEL, PMBOK, P3O, and Agile, plus portfolio management and integrated risk analysis. * Proven experience with environmental licensing and engagement with regulatory bodies (ANP, ANEEL, IBAMA, etc.). * Technical knowledge of biogas and biomethane production and purification processes is considered a strategic differentiator. **Tools and Systems** * Advanced Excel with financial modeling and simulation capabilities. * MS Project, Power BI, ERP SAP (PS/MM/CO) or TOTVS. * Risk management, compliance, and due diligence tools (e.g., MetricStream, Conformity, etc.). **Desirable Certifications** * PMP (PMI), MoP, Prince2, FEL, Six Sigma, Lean Construction. * Governance certifications (IBGC), ESG, or Environmental Management. **Languages** * Advanced English (technical reading, communication with global suppliers, executive presentations). **Behavioral Skills** * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Strong cross-functional and stakeholder coordination ability. * Leadership mindset, negotiation skills, and capacity for decision-making under pressure. * Commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainability culture. **Work Conditions** * Strategic, on-site work based in São Paulo, with frequent travel to operational units and construction sites. * Participation in meetings with regulatory agencies, external stakeholders, and boards. * Occasional exposure to industrial environments with environmental and ergonomic risks, per PGR. **Mandatory Training** * Strategic Greenfield Project Management Training. * Training in Governance, ESG, and Regulatory Compliance. * Agile Methodologies and Sustainable Process Engineering. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Gym Allowance * Pharmacy Allowance * Christmas Basket * Life Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
