Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible professional to work on architectural design projects for controlled environments, ensuring technical accuracy and supporting construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in architectural design projects for controlled environments 2. Development and review of executive architectural drawings 3. Coordination of architectural designs with multiple disciplines We seek a dynamic professional with strong technical reasoning and a sense of responsibility to work in architectural design projects targeting controlled environments — such as laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, clinics, and hospitals. The role involves ensuring technical accuracy of drawings, coordination with other disciplines, and supporting construction execution. Responsibilities: \* Develop and review executive architectural drawings; \* Conduct site surveys and measurements; \* Update floor plans according to construction revisions and client requests; \* Coordinate architectural designs with complementary systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.); \* Support construction and fabrication teams with technical information and details; \* Prepare material lists, spreadsheets, specifications, and manufacturing orders; \* Participate in technical meetings and design reviews with clients and suppliers. Requirements: \* Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering (with project experience); \* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); \* Ability to read and interpret complementary system drawings; \* Basic Excel knowledge for demand and material tracking; \* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: \* Experience with Cleanroom projects / healthcare facilities / pharmaceutical facilities / executive design projects; \* Familiarity with technical coordination and project integration; \* Experience supporting construction or fabrication activities.
