Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct **active outbound prospecting** of potential customers; * Initiate contact via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels, focusing on generating interest and opening commercial opportunities; * Execute prospecting cadences with discipline, organization, and high-volume activity; * Qualify leads according to predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with the ideal customer profile; * Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Executives team; * Populate and update the CRM with relevant information regarding contacts, progress, and next steps; * Focus on targets for meetings scheduled, meetings held, and opportunity conversion; * Actively contribute to improving outreach approaches, commercial messaging, and prospecting intelligence; * Demonstrate strong ownership over the generated pipeline and the quality of opportunities handed off to the sales team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in commercial roles, preferably in **SDR, pre\-sales, or outbound prospecting**; * Experience with active telephone and multichannel prospecting; * Experience with commercial cadences, lead qualification, and handoff to closers; * Familiarity with metrics-driven operations, targets, and productivity; * Strong verbal communication, active listening, and ability to conduct objective and strategic conversations; * Ability to build rapport with prospects, overcome initial objections, and spark interest in the solution; * Organizational skills for calendar management, follow\-ups, and CRM usage; * Resilient, competitive, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Voucher: BRL 45.00 per business day.
