Description
Hello, future **PO (Product Owner PL/SR)**! ✨
We are looking for a versatile Product Owner capable of operating across two strategic fronts: bringing new ideas to life (Zero to One) and leading the digital transformation of existing processes—converting manual or complex operations into seamless digital experiences.
More than simply organizing tasks, you will be responsible for structuring the solution. Whether conceiving an entirely new product or modernizing an operational workflow, your mission is to ensure every technical and business decision has a clear purpose. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, processes, and technology—driving real value delivery.
**Where You’ll Play (Team & Structure):**
You’ll join a robust and collaborative structure. You won’t work in isolation but instead serve as the central piece of a multidisciplinary cell composed of:
UX/Design Team: To ensure fluidity and usability.
Development & QA Squad: Engineers focused on performance and quality.
Business Experts: Stakeholders with deep market knowledge—with whom you’ll exchange insights daily to design the optimal solution.
**Your Challenges and Responsibilities:**
**1. Conceptualization and Strategy (Outcome-Focused)**
Builder Mindset: Lead product discovery by conducting benchmarking and research to identify genuine opportunities—whether in new markets or internal optimization.
Fact-Based Decision Making: Eliminate guesswork. Use data and evidence to validate whether we’re solving the right problem before initiating development.
Incremental Delivery (MVP): Confidently define the product’s first version. The goal isn’t to build complex software that takes months to launch—but rather to deliver value quickly and iterate based on real-world usage.
**2. Process Engineering and Logic**
Scenario Mapping (As-Is / To-Be): Dive deep into operations to understand the current state and design an optimized future process. Software must reflect intelligent process design.
Logical Reasoning: Map conditional flows and decision rules (e.g., "If Customer A, then Action B"), translating business complexity into visual diagrams that provide absolute clarity for the technical team.
**3. Technical Specification and PRD (Product Requirements Document)**
Precise Documentation: Create PRDs that serve as the "single source of truth," containing flowcharts, business rules, and detailed acceptance criteria—to eliminate ambiguity during development.
Basic Wireframing and Prototyping: For lower-complexity requests or rapid flow validations, you must have autonomy to sketch wireframes or functional mockups.
Data Logic: Logically structure which data, filters, and criteria are required to build reports and screens—facilitating engineering work.
**Requirements (What We Seek in You)**
Proven track record building and launching relevant products or features.
Structured Logical Reasoning: Ability to break large problems into smaller, sequential, and logical steps.
Fluency with Flowcharts: Experience visually mapping processes (BPMN or free-form flows).
Exceptional Technical Writing: Ability to detail requirements covering success, error, and exception scenarios with impeccable clarity.
Autonomy in Prototyping: Comfort sketching functional interfaces to make ideas tangible.
Articulate Communication: Ability to fluently navigate between technical teams and business experts—ensuring full alignment.
**Competitive Edge**
AI as a Copilot: We seek professionals who already integrate Artificial Intelligence into their daily workflows. We highly value those who use AI as an intellectual partner and productivity lever—whether to structure scenarios, refine documentation, generate data insights, or accelerate day-to-day tasks.
