Digital Channel Sales Representative

**Main responsibilities:** Attend customers across all service channels (via phone, e\-mail, and/or WhatsApp); Register customers; Prepare customer order quotations; Enter orders; Send online payment links and/or process payments via card machine (confidentiality of information maintained); Modify orders when necessary; Offer additional products; Perform post\-sales activities upon request or as directed; Make proactive outbound calls upon request or as directed; Reschedule and rebook appointments/customers when necessary; Request purchase of assets when necessary; Review daily sales rankings and meet daily targets; Sell promotional/marketing campaign products **What we offer:** Fixed salary of R$ 1\.850 \+ commission; Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel reimbursement; Meal allowance or meal voucher of R$ 18.00/day with no payroll deduction; Attendance bonus; Afternoon coffee at the office; University partnership agreements; Commercial discounts; Birth kit; Health and dental assistance; TotalPass and MediQuo plans, and much more! **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Prior sales experience required; Experience in compounding pharmacy is desirable. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and alternate Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Employment type: Full\-time/CLT Compensation: R$1\.850.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
