Your mission will be to lead the development of innovative pricing models, optimize margins, and act as a strategic partner to business units—ensuring every contract drives the company’s sustainable growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategic Development: Design and implement the company’s pricing strategy, defining pricing models (e.g., Value-Based Healthcare, bundled pricing, or Fee-for-Service). Advanced Financial Modeling: Build sensitivity and price elasticity models to forecast the impact of price adjustments on sales volume and contribution margin. Market Intelligence: Lead competitive benchmarking, identifying market gaps and opportunities for premium or low-cost positioning. Price List and Agreement Management: Manage complex healthcare industry price lists (e.g., CBHPM, SIMPRO, BRASÍNDICE) and negotiate pricing structures with major payers or suppliers. Profitability Optimization: Analyze the income statement (DRE) by product/service and propose action plans for business units exhibiting margins below target. Executive Interface: Serve as an internal consultant to the Commercial Leadership Team, delivering performance reports and decision-support scenarios. Process Improvement: Automate calculation tools (used by the assistant) and implement BI systems for real-time monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration); postgraduate studies or an MBA in Financial Management or Pricing preferred. Experience: Solid experience in pricing, preferably within the healthcare sector (hospitals, health insurers, or pharmaceutical industry). Technical Knowledge: \* Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA is a plus). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data manipulation (SQL). In-depth knowledge of taxation applicable to the healthcare sector. Soft Skills: Strong influence capability, systemic business vision, and a proactive mindset. **What We Offer:** Base monthly salary: To be negotiated. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Work location: Sky Galleria Building (inside Galleria Shopping), Campinas/SP. Work modality: IN-PERSON (Hybrid work possible after 6 months of employment, per internal policy). Employment type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Law).
