PCP AND PROCUREMENT ANALYST Meal Voucher Flexible working hours | Growth opportunity in a dynamic environment JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production to ensure on-time delivery, resource optimization, and alignment among Sales, Engineering, and Production departments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan and schedule production orders according to demand * Monitor deadlines and track production progress * Analyze production capacity (machines, workforce, bottlenecks) * Issue and monitor production orders (OPs) * Manage procurement of materials and critical input inventory * → Direct interface with Sales (delivery timelines) and Production (execution) * Identify delays/deviations and develop KPIs (efficiency, rework) * Suggest process improvements * REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Intermediate Excel proficiency EDUCATION: * Technical degree in electromechanics/mechanics * Currently pursuing or completed degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in machining companies * Experience with demand-driven production HOW TO APPLY: Limited openings – Don’t miss out! **Education**: Proven experience **Salary**: To be negotiated. **Working Hours**: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Food allowance Work Location: On-site
