Availability to work rotating shifts. **WE OFFER:** * Attractive salary; * Attractive and competitive benefits aligned with multinational standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Desired experience in automotive or industrial color development. * Completed high school education. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manufacturing materials via mixing, according to Registered Formulas; * Catalyzing and diluting coatings; * Supplying coatings and raw materials to equipment; * Completing area/facility checklists; * Maintaining workplace organization – 5S; * Scheduling production; * Material control. **Position open for immediate start.** **Our Company:** Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
