Description

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to strategically monitor, analyze, and optimize the company's operational processes. This professional will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, proposing solutions, and ensuring that efficiency, productivity, and quality targets are achieved. \*Responsibilities: \- Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions; \- Analyze operational data and prepare management reports; \- Map processes and identify bottlenecks impacting productivity; \- Suggest and implement improvements to routines and procedures; \- Support leadership in data-driven and results-based decision-making; \- Ensure process standardization and compliance; \- Monitor team performance and real-time operational progress; \- Collaborate with related departments (planning, quality, logistics, etc.) to optimize outcomes. \*Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; \- Experience in data analysis and monitoring of operational indicators; \- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with management systems; \- Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. \*Compensation: \- Salary: R$3\.909,79 \- Meal allowance: R$ 36.00 per working day \*Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00\. On Saturdays, from 08:00 to 12:00\.
