Here, you’ll work for a modern, digital company that values transparency, continuous learning, and recognition. **Your Responsibilities** * Conduct inventory audits at retail stores, distribution centers, and retail chains; * Perform product counting and verification using technological equipment and systems; * Assist in warehouse organization and discrepancy checks; * Follow leadership instructions to ensure result accuracy. **Employment Model: Freelancer and Intermittent (CLT)** Intermittent employment is a CLT-regulated modality, ideal for those seeking flexibility and consistent work opportunities. Team members are scheduled based on inventory demand and compensated per hour worked — with all statutory rights already included in the daily rate, such as proportional vacation pay and 13th salary, FGTS, INSS, and daily benefits (meal voucher, food allowance, and transportation voucher) according to the schedule. In practice: you choose the shifts you wish to participate in and receive fair compensation for each day worked. **Compensation**: hourly wage: R$ 8.20/hour (weekly and monthly payments). Guaranteed daily rate: R$ 90.00 to R$ 135.00 (depending on hours worked) \+ bonus. **Bonus**: We also offer bonuses for completed travel assignments and for attendance and punctuality in inventory audits, based on frequency and timeliness. **Work Location**: Inventory audits conducted across retail stores and distribution centers throughout various regions of Brazil, according to your availability, with primary focus on São Paulo (Capital) and Greater São Paulo (interior, Baixada Santista, ABC Region, etc.). Travel to other states may also be required.
