Don’t hesitate — apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct hands-on and theoretical training, ensuring continuous team capability building and development; * Develop operational leaders, cultivating internal multipliers; * Ensure standardization of processes, recipes, and practices according to company guidelines; * Perform audits and apply quality and performance checklists across units; * Monitor operational KPIs, proposing improvements for efficiency, productivity, and profitability; * Support managers in organizing operations and optimizing resources; * Develop and update training materials; * Guarantee compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior kitchen experience; * Teaching ability and skills to train and motivate teams; * Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and operational management; * Ability to diagnose operational issues and propose rapid solutions; * Willingness to travel across Brazil and flexibility regarding working hours; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Canva. **Additional Information** **Compensation:** Salary (R$3\.252,76\) \+ Transportation Benefit / Ticket Car (R$1.00 deduction\) \+ Meal Allowance / Food Voucher (R$35.20/day) \+ GymPass \+ Amil Health Insurance \+ Amil Dental Insurance \+ OMNI Pharmacy Benefit \+ Viva Psychology \+ SESC Partnership \+ University Partnerships \+ Language Course Partnerships \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) \+ Career Development Path!
