Experience in team coordination and leadership is desirable **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 5x2 **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Intermittent * Supervise workstations to ensure excellent service delivery, aiming for compliance with established standards and procedures. * Prepare incident and occurrence reports; * Train and guide the team; * Contact competent authorities in case of emergencies; * Conduct periodic rounds at workstations to verify compliance with quality standards, presentation, and task execution; * Ensure adherence to company-established standards. Intermittent hiring is a CLT employment modality where you will be called to work according to the company's needs; i.e., there is no fixed working schedule. You will be paid only for the time actually worked, with proportional payment based on hours or days worked, and you will also be entitled to proportional benefits such as vacation and 13th-month salary. Calls are typically made 48 hours in advance.
