We are looking for professionals with potential to join our team—individuals who are committed and engaged in maintaining and improving the quality of our services in alignment with the company’s organizational culture. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean floors, ramps, restrooms, cafeteria, and break rooms, ensuring employee, partner, and customer well-being and comfort; * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of furniture, utensils, and equipment used in the company, according to the cleaning checklist; * Perform cleaning and disinfection following criteria and guidelines appropriate for each area; * Keep restrooms and other areas stocked with hygiene supplies and disposable items, replenishing them as needed; * Operate cleaning machines and floor polishers correctly, per provided instructions; * Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and/or collective protective equipment (CPE) as required by work orders and service instructions, ensuring personal safety; * Conduct opening cleaning maintenance, verifying replenishment and inspection needs; * Carefully follow instructions for using soap, detergents, and disinfectants to avoid damaging floors, furniture, and utensils; * Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials, keeping the workplace orderly, clean, and well-preserved; * Remove carpets and shopping carts, organizing them for the next day’s cleaning; * Respond to requests from the Cleaning Supervisor or Store Managers when called to perform cleaning in specific store areas; * Notify the Cleaning Supervisor or Store Manager immediately if the B70 machine jams or requires maintenance, ensuring staff and customer cleanliness and well-being; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate or functional supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma required; * Must reside near a Tatico unit or own a vehicle; * Must be available to work the overnight shift; **Additional Information** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * **Fixed salary + R$ 365.00 gratification exclusively for the overnight shift** * Transportation allowance + Night shift allowance + R$ 200.00 shopping voucher Founded in 1987 by entrepreneur José Tatico, the Tatico Supermarket chain introduced itself to consumers with a major differentiator: offering a wide variety of quality brands and products at low prices every day.
