All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage open-pit mining operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and waste/ore disposal; * Ensure execution of the mining plan in accordance with short-, medium-, and long-term planning; * Monitor operational indicators (t/h, physical availability, utilization, plan adherence, unit costs); * Guarantee achievement of pre-established production targets jointly defined with senior management, through planning, guidance, and control of human, technical, and material resources; * Manage contracts with third-party companies providing services to mining operations, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, cost management, and safety across all activities; * Drive continuous optimization of operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce losses; report mine performance to senior management and provide analyses and suggestions for continuous improvement; * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safe and sustainable work practices; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields, with active registration with the respective professional council. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Mining Engineering, or related areas; * Solid experience in open-pit mining operations; * Experience in contract management, cost control, and operational performance indicators; * Experience working in highly complex mining environments. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal Voucher (for office-based employees) * Food Allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club Membership Benefit — may vary by location * Eyewear Purchase Assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
