Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for?** We seek a **Mid-Level Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps Analyst** to support, automate, and evolve **multi\-cloud (Azure and AWS)** environments. This professional will actively engage in operations, incident support, automation, and development team enablement within a dynamic environment involving international collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** **Cloud & Infrastructure** * Implement, administer, and maintain Azure and AWS environments. * Provision and manage resources such as: * Azure: Virtual Network, Subnets, NSG, Application Gateway, VMs, App Service, Function App, AKS, Storage Account, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Cosmos DB, API Management, Service Bus, Private Endpoint, Key Vault. * AWS: VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, EC2, ECS, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, ElastiCache, API Gateway, SNS, SES, Route 53. * Support application and service migration to the cloud. **Networking, Security & Observability** * Configure networks, access rules, and connectivity between environments. * Apply security best practices (access control, secrets management, network isolation). * Monitor and respond to incidents using: * Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights. * CloudWatch. * Perform troubleshooting with international teams. **DevOps, Automation & Operations** Automate provisioning and operations using: * Azure DevOps (CI/CD). * GitHub Actions. * Terraform and/or CloudFormation. * Support development teams in adopting DevOps best practices. * Create and maintain runbooks and automations (Azure Automation). * Support deployments, integrations, and operational fixes. **Documentation & Architecture** Develop and maintain: * Network diagrams. * Cloud architectures. * AS IS / TO BE documentation. * Ensure compliance for operations, audits, and security. * Support technical discussions. **FinOps & Continuous Improvement** * Support cloud cost optimization. * Identify performance and resilience improvements. * Document standards and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** * Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS. * Solid knowledge of: * Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall). * Linux and Windows Server. * CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code. * Docker and Kubernetes. * Production environments with critical workloads. * Ability to document and understand cloud architectures. **Advanced English (Mandatory)** * Interaction with international teams. * Technical meetings. * Troubleshooting and incident resolution. * Frequent written and verbal communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Cloudflare, Wiz, Sensedia. * Grafana, Microsoft Fabric. * GitHub Copilot / Advanced Security. * FinOps. * Azure and/or AWS certifications. * Hybrid/multi\-cloud environments. * Documentation and diagramming tools. **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Organization and accountability. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity. * Comfort operating in dynamic environments. **NOTE:** Hey!
