We are passionate about innovation and our customers’ satisfaction — and we seek professionals who share this same passion! **YOUNG APPRENTICE** RIBERDOCES STORE \- RIBEIRÃO PRETO/SP **RESPONSIBILITIES** Support daily operations in a retail store, including assisting customers; restocking and organizing products on store shelves and in the warehouse; monitoring product expiration dates; handling products carefully to prevent damage; and supporting other store routines as directed by the responsible manager. **REQUIREMENTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Preferred Qualifications: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (morning or evening shift); * Age between 17 and 20 years; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. * Availability to attend the Apprenticeship Program training at Riberfoods’ partner institution, one day per week (predefined schedule), always from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. * Store located at R. João Ramalho, 984 \- Campos Elísios; candidate must have transportation means to commute to this location; * Interest in learning and professional growth; * Enjoyment of interacting with the public and delivering quality service; * Willingness and interest in exploring new professions/activities within the retail sector; **BENEFITS** * Monthly salary of R$ 816.00; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance of R$ 120.00 (fixed; increases to R$ 280.00 upon achieving the store’s performance target\); * Pharmacy benefits; * Transportation allowance (with 6% payroll deduction); * Life insurance.
