Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Assistant to handle receipt, unloading, loading, and dispatch of materials, while applying the 5S discipline. Key Highlights: 1. Applying the 5S discipline in operations We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with strong attention to detail to work as an Operations Assistant, with emphasis on loading activities. **Responsibilities** * Receive and unload production inputs and support materials; * Material decharacterization and rejection disposal; * Truck opening, loading, securing, and sealing; * Loading and dispatch of finished products; * Apply 5S discipline. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Easy access to the workplace. **Desirable:** * Experience in loading and unloading. **What We Offer** * Salary: R$2.080,00 * Benefits: (Transportation Voucher, Meal Voucher, On-site meals with no deduction, Life insurance, Dental assistance, totalPass, and attendance bonus.) * Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:52 PM * Shift schedule: 5x2 — Monday to Friday; * IMPORTANT: Availability to work overtime.
