Continuous process improvement **Raízen Shell Lubrificantes Brazmax** We are revolutionizing the LUBES market in Bahia and Sergipe! **\#VemSerBrazmax** * **Authorized Distributor: Shell Raízen Lubrificantes \* MANN\-FILTER** * **Our Values: Service Excellence \* People \* Sustainable Results** **Area of Operation: Logistics Operations** You operate at the core of the business, serving as a fundamental strategic pillar in Brazmax’s value chain — driving Operational Excellence, Efficiency, and Logistics Innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Load, unload, and sort goods following internal procedures. * Organize, store, and replenish inventory according to warehouse layout. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of operational and support areas (5S). * Properly control and dispose of solid waste generated during operations. * Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. * Identify and segregate damaged, expired, or non-conforming products. * Maintain equipment and ensure workplace safety. * Comply with safety regulations, use of PPE, and company procedures. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and satisfaction of internal and external customers. **What We Look For:** * Completed High School education; * Experience in Product Handling. **What We Offer?
