Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person and telephone/WhatsApp customer service; * Assist in organizing and restocking medications and products; * Operate the cash register and perform daily sales closing; * Check product expiration dates and pricing; * Support store cleaning and organization; * Guide customers regarding product location and promotions; * Work in compliance with sanitary regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills and courteous customer service; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Basic computer literacy; * Prior experience in pharmacy or public-facing roles is desirable.
