Job Summary: Comprehensive support to sales representatives, ensuring operational excellence, order documentation, customer service, and process control to drive sales. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end order cycle and documentation management Sales representative support; Ensuring operational excellence; Documentation required for order processing; Providing support, when necessary, via WhatsApp, email, phone, or any communication channel Added by the company; Creating Lists; Following up with customers; Preparing quotations; Quoting shipping methods Verifying orders against the prescription issued by the qualified professional, as well as delivery address and payment method; Generating payment links; Preparing spreadsheets and reports; Releasing orders in the app Promoting the Intradermotherapy and Nutritional Therapy courses; Requesting order reversals that are already in the operational workflow to correct details requested by the customer; Monitoring open orders and alerting the sales representative for closure.
