Job Summary: Analyst responsible for physical-chemical tests, equipment operation, dissolution assays, stability studies support, and process validation in a pharmaceutical laboratory. Collaborate on process validation and ensure regulatory compliance. *At Althaia, we strive to understand health holistically and offer the most diverse solutions that prevent and treat people.* *We seek individuals interested in intelligently simplifying the lives of consumers seeking health and well-being, playing a meaningful role in delivering options through diverse products, tailored to different consumers and their unique needs.* *We invite you to “Think outside the box”* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analytical Routine: Perform physical and physicochemical tests on finished products, including average weight, hardness, friability, disintegration, and appearance analysis, ensuring data integrity. * Equipment Operation: Operate HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) systems for quantitative and qualitative analyses, involving sample preparation, mobile phase preparation, and rigorous recording of results in the system. * Dissolution Testing: Conduct dissolution tests using dissolution apparatuses, strictly adhering to analytical methodologies and applicable pharmacopoeial specifications. * Stability Studies: Support stability studies (long-term and accelerated), performing sample control, periodic analyses, and completion of technical documentation. * Process Validation: Collaborate on process validation activities by collecting samples and organizing technical data for report preparation. * Compliance: Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and current regulatory standards (RDC). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry. * Experience conducting physical-chemical analyses of finished oral solid dosage forms. * Execution of analytical techniques including solution preparation, volumetric analysis, and dilutions. * Basic knowledge of UV-Vis spectrophotometry and chromatography (HPLC/GC) operation. * Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). * Knowledge of current pharmaceutical industry legislation and technical guidelines. * Development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for recordkeeping, calculations, and document preparation. **Additional Information** **Our benefits go beyond the basics – they’re designed for your well-being both inside and outside the workplace:** * Health Insurance (for you and your legal dependents) * Dental Insurance (for you and your dependents) * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Life Insurance * Product Discounts – Equaliv * Gympass (Wellhub) (for you and your legal dependents) * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Profit and Results Sharing (as stipulated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement, in compliance with current legislation) * Chartered Transportation (Campinas) * Auster (telephone-based support offering psychological, nutritional, physical education, and phytotherapeutic guidance) **Work Schedule:** 2nd Shift Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
