Focus on keeping facilities in perfect condition The **Grupo Profarma** is seeking professionals for the position of **Building Maintenance Technician** to work at our **Distribution Center in Parnamirim/RN** **Our purpose is to deliver health!** If you are driven by improvement, take ownership of your career, and continuously pursue excellence to delight your customers, this is your opportunity! **Learn about the main challenges and responsibilities of this role** * Under managerial supervision, perform technical activities related to the branch's building maintenance area concerning machinery, equipment, and building/infrastructure facilities, including repairs, part replacements, inspections, preventive/corrective maintenance, defect identification, assembly, and renovations—aiming to maintain facilities in appropriate and operational condition. * Assist with technical building maintenance activities across Civil, Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical, and related disciplines. * Collaborate on initiatives to prevent stoppages caused by breakdowns or defects, as well as optimize the performance of building maintenance machinery and equipment. * Perform equipment and machinery adjustment and lubrication to ensure full functionality of tools used in building maintenance. * Cooperate in preserving the facility so that it remains in perfect working condition. * Support designated vendors for pest control, cold rooms, air conditioning, civil works, roofing, doors, plumbing, forklifts, freezers, drinking fountains, painting, etc. **Requirements:** * Technical education in a relevant field * Valid NR 10 and NR 35 certifications * Experience in general building maintenance * Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Availability required) **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * On-site meals * Hazard Pay * Life Insurance * Telemedicine consultations * Health Plan * Dental Plan Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.800,00 – R$1.870,78 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed Technical Education (Mandatory) License/Certification: * NR 10 (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
