Job Summary: Manage and supervise civil construction and installation projects, providing technical support, preparing architectural and 3D projects, and monitoring execution for compliance. Manage civil construction and installation projects, provide civil technical support, and distribute and supervise civil works according to planning. Prepare architectural projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** Project Execution * Assist in the development and monitoring of civil engineering projects. * Prepare architectural layouts. Prepare 3D projects. * Interpret and review drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. Construction Monitoring * Monitor construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs and regulations. * Support quality control of construction materials and processes. * Assist in site safety supervision and occupational safety management. Cost and Budget Management * Support budget preparation and cost estimation. * Control expenditures and analyze deviations between planned and actual costs. * Assist in quotation and procurement of materials and services. Planning and Control * Assist in developing physical and financial schedules. * Monitor activity progress and suggest improvements to planning. * Use project management software to track construction progress. Documentation and Reporting Support * Organize and update technical and administrative documentation. * Prepare reports on activity progress and project performance. * Assist in preparing technical reports and expert opinions.
