More than joining a major company, you will become part of a team committed to excellence, working purposefully to generate positive impact for both business and people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the management of the project backlog and process improvement demands. * Contribute to the planning and execution of continuous improvement projects. * Map processes through interviews, workshops, and analysis of activity execution. * Identify failures, bottlenecks, risks, and non-value-adding activities within processes. * Conduct root cause analysis for low-complexity problems. * Support the implementation of improvements in collaboration with involved departments. * Monitor results and impacts of implemented changes. * Identify process automation opportunities. * Develop low-complexity automations on low-code/no-code platforms. * Design process flows, diagnostic materials, and progress presentation documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of processes and continuous improvement. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Process modeling and diagramming tools (Bizagi, Visio, Draw.io, or similar). * Power BI and Power Automate (Power Platform). * Quality tools: Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto, flowcharts, control charts, and 5W2H. **Additional Information** Our Tokio Way of Being reinforces a culture that values who you truly are!
