Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update the database containing information regarding volumes to be received, stored, and invoiced, for daily meetings. Update operational meeting boards; * Perform system tests relevant to the area; * Monitor pending tasks in the system, ensuring visibility and appropriate corrective actions; * Create/maintain dashboards for monitoring and decision-making support for leadership; * Interface with other departments to ensure area-specific processes. Schedule incoming imported materials according to planning department approvals, assessing available capacity; * Receive and register import processes in the dedicated system, ensuring sample submission to the Quality department and inventory replenishment; * Issue purchase requisitions related to area needs, verifying issued orders and comparing them against delivered materials; * Manage SLA performance for services provided to the area; * Implement company-established policies on quality, safety, and environmental protection. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or final-year undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics routines is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience with SAP is desirable; * Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it may be**.
