The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper functioning of the company's information technology resources by providing technical support to users, ensuring system, infrastructure, and equipment availability, and contributing to the operational continuity of administrative and production processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Responsibilities * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users (on-site and remote) * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of: * Computers, laptops, and mobile devices * Printers and network equipment * Manage user accounts * Handle incident and request resolution via ticketing tools * Support IT infrastructure maintenance: * Networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) * Servers (Windows/Linux) * Ensure implementation of information security policies * Support corporate systems (ERP, shop-floor systems, etc.) * Document technical procedures * Support IT projects * Provide support to users in the manufacturing environment **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Requirements Mandatory * Knowledge of operating systems: * Windows (client and server) * Computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) * Hardware and software support * Microsoft 365 suite * Experience with ITSM tools Desirable * Basic understanding of information security (antivirus, firewall, policies) * Experience in industrial environments or shop-floor settings * Basic Linux knowledge * Experience with Datasul ERP or similar systems **Additional Information** Complimentary transportation service for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
