We are looking for a **Vehicle Tracking Operations Supervisor** who is dynamic, proactive, and enjoys challenges. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the team; * Monitor customer service interactions, scheduling, maintenance, and tracker installations/removals; * Ensure adherence to protocols and deadlines; * Monitor team performance targets; * Train new team members; * Resolve general team requests; * Register new service providers; * Collect and analyze performance indicators; * Prepare and maintain control spreadsheets; * Work with a results-oriented mindset (quantitative and qualitative targets). **Requirements and Qualifications** We expect you to: * Hold a completed undergraduate degree; * Have experience in supervision or people management; * Be familiar with management tools; * Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Have a dynamic profile with a results orientation; * Be available to work flexible hours; * Have experience in vehicle tracking. **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT Location: Estoril/BH – On-site Salary: Salary expectations **Only #Tato People Get:** * Caju Card A flexible card you can use wherever you prefer—whether with coworkers at lunch or for grocery shopping.
