Feel free to register for all positions of interest; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** We are seeking a Technology Coordinator to lead the Architecture Chapter, responsible for managing the Solutions Architects team and for defining, evolving, and governing the company’s software architecture. This role holds strategic importance, serving as the liaison among business, engineering, and executive leadership — ensuring technological solutions are scalable, secure, efficient, and aligned with Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional’s objectives. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and develop the Solutions Architects team. * Define and sustain the corporate architectural vision. * Establish architectural standards, best practices, and guardrails. * Conduct architecture rituals and forums. * Provide consultative support to product, engineering, and business teams. * Lead cloud architecture initiatives, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Ensure requirements for availability, performance, security, governance, and cost. * Support application modernization and adoption of modern architectures. * Supervise creation and maintenance of architectural documentation (C4 model\). * Conduct technical assessments and proofs of concept (PoCs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED** * Solid experience in software and cloud architecture. * Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Corporate Architect, or Technical Leader. * Experience in technical leadership or team coordination. * Knowledge of cloud architectures (preferably GCP). * Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and integrations. * Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps practices. * Proficiency in Java, Angular, and Flutter. * Knowledge of APM, preferably Apigee. **YOU STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE** * Cloud architecture certifications. * Experience with Backstage and engineering platforms. * Experience in large-scale corporate or educational environments. * Experience in corporate architecture governance. **EDUCATION** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in IT (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields) **Additional Information** **Work Schedule: 220 hours per month, 44 hours per week** * 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (Mon–Thu) * 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Fri) **Benefits:** * Medical and Dental Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * Pharmacy Benefit; * Total Pass; * Tuition Assistance (Undergraduate or Graduate); * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off. * Profit Sharing (PLR) If today we are one of Brazil’s largest and most representative educational groups, it is because in 1965 — when our story began with a school in São Paulo’s eastern zone — passionate educators understood that education is the best way to change realities.
