We are seeking an Internal Communications Analyst to strengthen and advance communication with employees, ensuring strategic alignment, message clarity, and engagement with the company’s culture and business objectives. This professional will be responsible for transforming information into relevant communication experiences that connect people, strategy, and results. **Responsibilities:** Plan and execute the company’s internal communications calendar; Create and review institutional content (e\-mails, announcements, campaigns, intranet); Develop internal campaigns aligned with business priorities; Support communication for strategic projects and organizational change; Manage and improve internal communication channels; Produce creative and strategic content (texts, scripts, digital assets); Ensure consistency in language and institutional positioning; Monitor communication metrics (engagement, reach, effectiveness); Propose continuous improvements based on data and feedback. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields; Experience in internal or corporate communications; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt language for diverse audiences and organizational levels; Clarity, conciseness, and organization in conveying information; Strong active listening skills and ability to interpret needs from different departments; Experience in campaign planning and channel management; Familiarity with communication tools (intranet, e\-mail marketing, digital platforms); Analytical mindset for tracking metrics; Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar). **Desired Qualifications:** Experience in medium- to large-scale corporate environments; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT); Meal Voucher (VR); Life Insurance; Nissei Pharmacy Benefit; Health Insurance; Dental Plan; **Additional Benefits:** Hot beverages and fresh fruit at breakfast – complimentary.
