If you are a professional with an owner’s mindset and relentless drive for exceptional results, this is your place! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise operational activities in forest areas. * Ensure correct execution of routines related to planting, cultural practices, harvesting, transportation, and maintenance of forest infrastructure. * Ensure productivity, legal compliance, safety, environmental conservation, and optimal utilization of human and material resources. * Plan and allocate daily tasks for field teams (e.g., planting, fertilization, mowing, pest control, harvesting, etc.). * Monitor the forest management schedule according to technical guidelines from the silviculture department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of silviculture, forest management, and agricultural operations. * Familiarity with mechanized harvesting, soil preparation, and cultural practices. * Ability to interpret maps, perform georeferencing, and basic GPS usage. * Knowledge of NR-31, environmental regulations, and fire prevention. * Basic operation of forest machinery and equipment (tractors, brush cutters, fertilizer spreaders, etc.). * Ability to read and apply operational plans. * Leadership techniques for operational teams. **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Pharmacy card; * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * Chartered transportation; * Natto Kit (10 kg – monthly); * Egg basket (120 units/month); Natto is part of the Brazilian family!
