Experience with Totvs – Datasul system A pharmaceutical and fine chemical products manufacturing plant in Jaguariúna is seeking a Foreign Trade Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Entering contracts into the Totvs – Datasul system. Supporting invoice and NF entry into the Totvs – Datasul system. Managing shipments, verifying cargo status, and forecasting arrival times. Supporting follow\-up with suppliers. Maintaining physical document archives. Requesting payments from the finance department. Assisting in analyzing import and export documents. Supporting the foreign trade department in routine activities.
