Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented commercial salesperson to serve customers, prepare proposals, and conduct prospecting. Key Highlights: 1. Organized profile oriented toward goals We are looking for a proactive commercial salesperson who is results-driven and skilled at building customer relationships. Main Responsibilities * Customer service (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and email) * Preparation of quotations and commercial proposals * Sales negotiation and closing * Prospecting new customers and post-sales follow-up Mandatory Requirements * Experience in sales * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Basic computer proficiency and WhatsApp-based customer service experience * Organized profile focused on achieving goals Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of windows/doors or civil construction sectors * Basic ability to read and interpret project drawings * Valid driver's license Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Compensation: Salary R$3.000,00 + Sales Commission Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Voucher (VR), Life Insurance, and Birthday Day Off Payment: Starting from R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
