Join us on this journey. **\#JoinSynvia** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We count on you to:** * Read, analyze, and evaluate clinical study protocols, ensuring correct understanding and adherence to established guidelines. * Assign tasks among team members, manage workflow, minimize conflicts, and ensure proper execution of procedures. * Conduct and supervise training of new nursing team members, ensuring alignment with institutional protocols and procedures. * Conduct periodic training and refresher activities for the nursing team, aiming for continuous updating and maintenance of care quality. * Evaluate team performance, provide structured feedback, and support the professional development of team members. * Perform tasks related to planning, organizing, and monitoring nursing processes during clinical studies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Nursing professional with experience in team operation and management. * Ability to organize, plan, and monitor clinical and operational activities. * Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis using **Excel**. * Familiarity with computerized systems and digital tools. * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and capability to provide feedback to the team. * Proactive, organized profile with focus on quality and safety in processes. **Additional Information** **Work Unit:** * Campinas/SP **Work Schedule:** * Day shift: 6x1 (Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM) * Night shift: 6x1 (Mon–Sat, 5:00 PM–11:00 PM) **Benefits offered:** * Transportation allowance; * Parking (subject to availability); * Health insurance with no monthly fee for the employee, with co-payment for exams and consultations; * Dental plan with co-payment for the monthly fee; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * Flexible meal/food allowance; * Pharmacy partnership; * Synvia Partnership Club (Education Institutions, Language Schools, Leisure, and Culture); * SESC partnership; * Physical health program – TotalPass; * Day Off – Healthcare professionals; * Childcare allowance (per internal policy).
