We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers' needs, prioritizing personalized service while maintaining the quality and excellence we highly value. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare the customer service counter according to standard operating procedures; Request personal identification documents with photo (RG, CNH, Birth Certificate for minors under 18), health insurance card (validity date, name as stated), medical prescription, or for private requests, and instructions regarding exam preparation requirements; verify whether information is already registered in the system for cross-checking or proceed with registration; Provide information about health insurance plans and instructions on how to prepare for exams (imaging/blood collection/vaccination); Provide quotations and schedule exams and vaccinations (by phone or system) according to the client's selected location; Cross-check service request forms and private medical prescriptions; verify simulated billing reports and finalize general service request reports when requested by leadership; Control and forward (via courier, mail, email, or system) service request forms to the billing department for payment processing; Perform pre-billing/cross-checking of service request forms using reports generated by the information system, verifying all aspects of the service—from customer and physician data, registered exams, up to final report closure—before forwarding to the billing department for invoicing with health insurance providers. Offer exams/vaccinations to customers according to medical prescriptions, performing consultative sales. **We seek candidates who demonstrate:** Completed high school education; Experience in patient registration and healthcare customer service is desirable; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Confidence and adaptability in public-facing roles.
