The professional will directly serve customers, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and high-quality experience, while also supporting the frying operation of products. Requirements: \- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles within the food and beverage industry; \- Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor; \- Efficiency, proactivity, and attention to detail; \- Commitment to punctuality and good interpersonal relationships; \- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team Responsibilities: \- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter, tables, or cash registers; \- Accurately record and enter orders into the system, advising customers when necessary; \- Manage queues and guide customers during peak hours; \- Carefully pack takeout orders, paying attention to item assembly and presentation; \- Deliver orders at the counter or dining area, ensuring customer satisfaction; \- Maintain a clean and organized service area (counter, display cases, waiting area, tables, etc.); \- Assist in restocking beverages, napkins, and utensils at the counter; \- Verify and close order tickets and payments, when required; \- Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure efficient workflow; \- Fry pastries and other menu items, adhering to quality and food safety standards; \- Strictly comply with hygiene and safety regulations for customer service and food handling; \- Assist in unit cleaning (if the unit does not have a Cleaning Assistant); \- Participate in online training sessions Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
