Job Summary: The Customer Service Apprentice supports customer service via WhatsApp, assisting with order tracking and resolving inquiries and issues promptly and courteously. Key Highlights: 1. Addresses complaints, requests, and inquiries empathetically and effectively. The Customer Service Apprentice supports customer service by interacting via WhatsApp and assisting with order and request tracking.
