We seek someone who can lead field teams, maintain site organization, ensure productivity, and deliver results with quality and safety. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate assembly and execution teams on construction sites; Ensure adherence to schedules and targets; Organize work fronts and assign tasks; Monitor team productivity, quality, and safety; Resolve operational issues in the field; Control materials, tools, and site organization; Interface with supervision, engineering, and clients; Work on projects requiring frequent travel and full team oversight. Requirements Proven experience as a construction site supervisor, assembly team leader, or master builder; Solid experience in civil construction and assembly; Leadership profile, firm attitude, and decision-making ability; Full availability for travel; Organization, commitment, and responsibility; Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Advantages Experience with steel structures, precast concrete, or industrial assembly; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Knowledge of occupational safety; Driver's license category B.
