What do you need? * Prior experience as a caretaker, rural janitor, or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of general maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, and masonry repairs; * Experience maintaining outdoor areas, such as land cleaning, gardening, and property upkeep; * Responsibility, organization, and commitment to daily tasks.
