If you seek to join a solid, innovative company with a culture focused on professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Bench Toolmaker** experienced in maintaining stamping tools (cutting, bending, and drawing). The professional will be responsible for ensuring tools remain in optimal condition and operational, performing preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee process quality and productivity. **Main Activities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cutting, bending, and drawing stamping tools. * Inspect, disassemble, adjust, repair, and reassemble tools according to identified or scheduled needs. * Identify wear, cracks, and other failures compromising process efficiency. * Use measuring and control instruments (calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, etc.). * Conduct bench tests and adjustments prior to production release. * Support tool design improvements aimed at enhancing performance and ease of maintenance. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a bench toolmaker. * Knowledge of cutting, bending, and drawing stamping tools. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency with measuring and adjustment instruments. * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields (preferred). * Experience in toolmaking within the automotive or metallurgical industry. * Knowledge of machining (lathe, milling machine, grinding machine). **Additional Information** Shuttle transportation provided for the Limeira region; Breakfast provided by the company; Meals served at the internal cafeteria; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Pharmacy allowance; Partnership with SESI for activities and well-being; Basic food basket; Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR).
