To put this purpose into practice, you must: * Be at least 18 years old; * Reside in Bauru, Agudos, Piratininga, or Tibiriçá; * Be available to work afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Possess basic knowledge of bakery products; * Understand expiry date control, quality assurance, restocking, and replenishment (including proper product display); * Operate bakery equipment, monitor temperature, and manage storage; * Provide customer service; * No prior experience required; manual skills can be developed with guidance from our Coaches; * Talent matters most!
